1. The 28th victim was found in the Florida condo tragedy. 117 people remain unaccounted for a day after the remaining part of the building was demolished. No one has been rescued alive since the first hours after the collapse. (NEWS CENTER)

2. Eleven members of the group that caused the I-95 shutdown on Saturday are all in custody. The group of men told officers they were headed from Rhode Island to Maine “for training.” The men are expected to be arraigned in Malden District Court as early as this morning. (NEWS CENTER)

3. Former Gov. Paul LePage officially announced he is running for his old job. LePage’s campaign said there will be a kick-off event this fall. The election to be Maine’s next governor is November 2022. (WMTW)

4. Ogunquit’s town manager stripped long time lifeguard J.P Argenti of his captain title and gave it to the fire chief, a move that triggered 15 lifeguards to walkout. 21 lifeguards remained on the job. There’s a petition to reinstate the lifeguard captain on the ‘Save Ogunquit Beach’ Facebook page. Town leaders are currently looking for replacements. (WGME)

5. Kay Spofford, a dialysis dietitian from Winslow, won $896,809 in Maine’s statewide COVID-19 vaccination lottery. Spofford said “My husband and I strive for a simple life, but this money will give us peace of mind in our retirement and allow us to make repairs to our house and travel to visit our children and our grandbaby on the way.” (PRESS HERLAD)
