1. Speaking at a CNN town hall, President Biden pledged that any American who wants a vaccine will have access to one by the end of July. He said he wanted many elementary and middle schools to be open five days a week by the end of April. (PRESS HERALD)

2. The U.S. tops 27.7 million covid-19 cases with over 488,000 deaths The Maine CDC reported two new deaths and 91 new cases on Tuesday bringing Maine’s death toll at 651 with 92 Mainers currently hospitalized. (WMTW)

3. A new mass COVID-19 vaccination site is opening at the Augusta Civic Center today. A new federal survey shows four out of five Maine adults who haven’t yet been vaccinated say they want to get the shot. (WGME)

4. Current law states Maine drivers only have to clear off their windshields and side windows from ice and snow. A new bill being brought before the legislative council Thursday would require people to clear off their roofs too. (WGME)

5. For the second straight year, the Yarmouth Clam Festival has been canceled due to the ongoing pandemic. Yarmouth officials say they hope the festival can return when the time is right. (WGME)
