1. Ivana Trump, the ex-wife of former President Donald Trump and the mother of his three oldest children, has died. She was 73.

2. A new three-digit hotline launches on Saturday. If Americans text or dial 988, they’ll be connected with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Suicide is a leading cause of death in our country for children 15 to 19 years old while the CDC reports that someone takes their life every 11 minutes in the US.

3. Workers at the Biddeford Starbucks store won a union election on Thursday, and will now join Workers United. The Biddeford store is the first Starbucks in Maine to unionize, joining hundreds of stores across more than 35 states that have unionized since last fall.

4. The Yarmouth Clam Festival is returning for the first time since 2019 this weekend. 80,000+ people are estimated to attend the 3 day event. The Clam Festival Parade starts at 6pm this evening. Fireworks tomorrow night at 9:15pm.
