2. Governor Janet Mills has pledged to fight a ban on lobstering in restricted waters off the coast of Maine. Lobstermen have already started to remove their traps from the 967 square mile area off the coast after a judge recently ordered them to pull their traps from the restricted area. This is all in an effort to save endangered right whales, who biologists say can get entangled in the trap ropes. (WGME)
