2. Ride-hailing apps are an easy way to get you where you need to go–as long as you’re sober enough to know where you’re going. The Associated Press reports a drunken man got himself in a bit of a sticky situation early Saturday when he took the wrong Lyft to the wrong house. First, the Falmouth man accidentally got into a Lyft vehicle that had actually been ordered by his next door neighbor. Then, when the driver dropped him off, the man stumbled to a house that he thought was his own, but it was not. The homeowner called the Cape Elizabeth Police, who took the intoxicated man back to the station to sober up. Police Chief Paul Fenton said the man is very sorry and the homeowner did not press charges. (AP News)
