1. CNN is suing the White House, claiming that banning reporter Jim Acosta violates the constitution. The secret service revoked Acosta’s White House credentials last week after a heated exchange during a news conference. While Acosta asked President Trump questions, the president told him “enough” and told him to give up the microphone. When Acosta refused, a White House intern tried to grab it from him. The White House says Acosta placed his hands on the intern and that’s why his pass got pulled. (NewsCenterMaine)
