Carnaval ME has returned for the third year in a row!
The winter festival is going down at Dimillo’s on the Water in Portland. This time around, you can expect more activities for the kids and still enjoy live music and entertainment each day. Plus, yummy food and drink inside of a giant igloo! Check out the daily schedule.
