Good news for one man in Spain. The man who knocked out Future’s bodyguard with a sucker punch in Spain will get off scot-free because nobody’s pressing charges.

TMZ has learned that there is no investigation into the brutal assault of the rapper’s bodyguard, despite the Civil Guard of Spain being aware of the video of the attack. Watch the video below:

The country’s law enforcement agency says that there is no active investigation because nobody has come forward to press charges. A rep for the agency says even if an assault includes a deadly weapon, in this case a rock, someone needs to officially file a report to press charges in order for an investigation to be launched.

Sources close to the bodyguard told TMZ that he has no intention of pressing charges as of now and there will be no consequences for the attackers. Future posted to his Instagram to describe the incident:

The altercation allegedly took place after Future was harassed by a group of around 10 guys after landing at the Ibiza Airport. They asked the rapper for an autograph and he rejected them, so they got angry. They also apparently made racial slurs at Future and his crew.

It’s surprising that the bodyguard is not pressing charges, and some people are not happy that Future didn’t help him out during the fight. But, his team took him away because they did not want to see the rapper in the same place as A$AP Rocky in a foreign jail. His team definitely did the right thing and luckily his bodyguard is okay.
