Lamar Odom’s anticipated basketball return has come to a halt. The ex-NBA superstar has been kicked out of the BIG3 league because sources say it was because he wasn’t ready to play.
Ice Cube’s organization said Odom, as well as Baron Davis, Jermaine O’Neal, and Bonzi Wells would be taken off the league for the remainder of the 2019 season.
TMZ reports that Odom was nervous about being embarrassed on the court because he didn’t feel prepared to compete with other ex-NBA athletes. Maybe he will be able to return for the 2020 season, but the league has not commented if they will have him back.
