Megan Thee Stallion’s successful 2020 is highlighted by her taking the cover of GQ’s “Men of the Year” issue. Megan is named Rapper of the Year. Of course, the interview conversation went toward her being allegedly shot by Tory Lanez over the summer. Megan gave us some new insight into the incident. Meg said Tory tried to pay her off to stay quiet about the shooting. She recalled, ” [At this point] I’m really scared because this is like right in the middle of all the protesting. Police are just killing everybody for no reason, and I’m thinking, ‘I can’t believe you even think I want to take some money. Like, you just shot me.’” Meg also said, “I never put my hands on nobody. I barely even said anything to the man who shot me when I was walking away. We were literally like five minutes away from the house.”
