Some of the NFL’s biggest names are calling on the league to ensure that training camps open with safety guidelines in place. They’re using the hashtag #WeWantToPlay to get their message out online. Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson mentioned his concerns because his wife, R&B star Ciara, is pregnant. “We want to play football but we also want to protect our loved ones,” Wilson wrote. Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett wrote, “If the NFL doesn’t do their part to keep players healthy there is no football in 2020.”
