News source Complex reported that Yeezy brand is being sued in California for “failing to ship items within thirty days and failing to provide adequate delay notices.” The suit states that the company should be fined $2,500 per shipping violation. The legal action also calls for restitution to customers. Will have to wait to see how this plays out.
