4. American Airlines is on the verge of offering passengers free Wi-Fi on most flights. On Tuesday, the company announced a partnership with AT&T to provide internet service aboard to most passengers. In order to access the free Wi-Fi, passengers will need to sign up for American’s AAdvantage loyalty program. American Airlines hopes to have 90 percent of its fleet ready for free internet by January 2026. (USAToday)
5. In just a few weeks, women from across the state will be competing for the title of Miss Maine USA. Miss Monson USA, Isabelle St. Cyr, is the first transgender woman to participate in the pageant. Jordon Hudson, the girlfriend of former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, announced on her Instagram page that she will compete in the 2025 Miss Maine USA competition. The 24-year-old will be representing her hometown of Hancock, Maine. She finished as the first runner-up in the 2024 Miss Maine USA competition. (WMTW)
