Code enforcement has condemned the Lewiston Ramada Inn, calling the hotel “unfit for human occupancy.” City officials say they had to issue the condemnation notice after the hotel went weeks without fixing the alarm system. Despite the prominently displayed “unfit for occupancy” signs around the building, the hotel remained open. On Monday, Cooper Flagg, the Duke University commit, announced on Instagram his partnership with the Creative Artists Agency, a Los Angeles-based talent agency that will help the Flagg family navigate the NIL landscape in the coming years. 4. Tesla has cut back its prices on its cars worldwide. Most model prices in the US have been cut by around $2,000. It was revealed that Tesla delivered fewer cars in the last quarter than the same quarter a year before. That hasn’t happened in four years. Tesla’s Cybertruck was recalled on Friday due to accelerator pedal issues. The company has also laid off 10% of its workforce. (NPR)

A new poll shows that 63% of millennials favor transitioning from a 40-hour to a 32-hour workweek. 46% say they don’t need to worry about losing the 8 hours to get their work done because a four-day workweek makes them “more productive”. 50% of Baby Boomers, those born before 1964, said they wouldn’t mind a four-day workweek.
