1. A Maine family is mourning a father now being called a hero. Forty-six-year-old Ryan Jennings of North Yarmouth died while rescuing his two children from a rip current during a family vacation in Florida. Witnesses say he threw his 12-year-old son to safety and held his 9-year-old daughter above the water until help arrived. Both children survived. Jennings was pulled from the ocean but could not be revived. A GoFundMe has been created to support his family. The Lots for Tots store in Falmouth is also accepting donations for the Jennings family. (WGME)
2. A former employee at Patriot Subaru in Saco is suing the dealership over alleged sexual harassment. Christine Wright of Shapleigh claims the general manager made repeated inappropriate comments, ignored complaints, then demoted her after she rejected his advances. The company has declined to comment, and the manager denies the claims. Wright is seeking damages and a jury trial. (PH)

4. Portland’s Novel Book Bar and Café will close April 17 after financial struggles and a dispute between its owners. One partner says he’s been personally covering losses, while the other claims he was pushed out of management and wants the business sold. The disagreement could now head to court. (PH)
5. The Michigan Wolverines won the NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship on Monday night in Indianapolis, Indiana. Michigan defeated UConn 69 – 63. The last time the Wolverines won a men’s basketball title was in 1989. Michigan finished the season with a 37-3 record. (ESPN)
