2. The U.S. Supreme Court has temporarily restored Maine Rep. Laurel Libby’s right to speak and vote on the House floor after she was censured in February for posting a transgender athlete’s name and photo online. Libby called the ruling a victory, while Republicans celebrated the decision. (WGME)

4. Woof Play Eat, a combo dog park and restaurant, is set to open by September in North Deering. The 15,000-square-foot venue will offer off-leash play, dog day care, and a full menu with pizza, burgers, and drinks.
