2. An armed suspect who hid in a Gray swamp Tuesday has surrendered. Deputies detained three people after a vehicle fled state police, and a K-9 team found a fourth suspect who claimed to have a gun. After a long standoff, he gave up. The incident remains under investigation. (WMTW)
3. A fire at Hurd Farm in Hampton, New Hampshire destroyed an equipment shed and killed 75 turkeys, also wiping out most of the farm’s processing equipment. With Thanksgiving less than two weeks away, owner Steve Hurd says they’re scrambling to process the remaining birds to meet roughly 550 holiday orders. The cause is still under investigation, and one firefighter suffered minor injuries. (WMTW)

Crew kids shirt looks strikingly similar to his viral videos of Labs Stella and Mabel diving into leaf piles — and fans are mistaking it for an official collab. Jody Hartman says he never partnered with the retailer and is weighing his options as copyright questions swirl. Legal experts say the case could go either way, but the optics aren’t great for J. Crew as Stella’s devoted followers flood their pages demanding the company “make it right.” (PH)
5. PepsiCo is rolling out dye-free versions of Cheetos and Doritos. The new ‘Simply NKD’ line removes artificial coloring but keeps the same crunch and flavor. PepsiCo says it’s an added option, not a replacement, as demand grows for cleaner ingredients.
