1. A crash on I-95 south in New Gloucester killed two adults and injured four children Wednesday. A GMC towing a U-Haul had stopped after the trailer detached when a 2015 Audi SUV hit it. 3. A space heater may have caused a house fire in Falmouth on Monday. Fire crews found the Red Oak Drive home fully engulfed, but no one was inside and no injuries were reported. Investigators say a couch caught fire earlier in the day and may have rekindled after residents thought it was out. 4. Some Scarborough residents say development is happening too fast, sparking a second community meeting this week. The group “Not So Fast Scarborough” wants to slow growth, while others support it.
