Police say the confrontation began after the teens allegedly ran a stop sign, and the adult reportedly threw one of their bikes into the pond before the fight turned physical. 2. Lewiston city leaders are holding a special meeting today to address a recent spike in youth violence after 11 juveniles were arrested for violent crimes in June alone. 4. A judge has permanently barred Maine wedding caterer Bethany Gregory from operating in the state after more than a dozen couples testified she took over $145,000 for weddings she failed to cater.
