Voting is officially underway in the 2026 Portland Old Port Best of Awards, and now’s your chance to help recognize the local businesses, personalities, and organizations that make Southern Maine such an incredible place to live, work, and visit!
The annual awards return for their 27th year with more than 130 categories highlighting everything from restaurants and breweries to artists, salons, retailers, entertainers, media personalities, and more.
The first round of voting is open now through Tuesday, July 14!
On July 15, the top 10 finalists in each category will advance to the final round of voting, with winners determined by votes cast through July 31. Voters can cast one vote per category for the entire contest, so every vote counts!
Categories include favorites like Best Restaurant, Best Happy Hour, Best Food Truck, Best Bookstore, Best Comedian, Best Tattoo Shop, Best Local News Anchor, Best Radio Personality, and many more.
