2. A Future to Believe in Portland Rally with Bernie Sanders will be held today at the State Theatre in Portland. Doors are at 11am and the rally starts at 1pm. (RSVP StateTheatrePortland.com) Maine is gearing up for the Democrat and GOP caucuses this weekend. While Clinton won Super Tuesday, Bernie restated his intention to campaign through the last states in June.
3. UNE, Bowdoin, St. Joe’s Women’s College hoop teams head to the NCAA D3 tournament. The Monks won a tournament spot with a GNAC championship yesterday. They’ll face off w/ Christopher Newport Friday at 5pm in the first round. (WMTW)
4. Scarborough High Boys Hockey defeated Falmouth in the Class A South regional final yesterday. They will be defending their Class A state title on Saturday against Lewiston. (SJ)
