Last night, Warner Bros. had their third movie this year break $10 million during Thursday-preview screenings. Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot brought in $11 million and increased its projected domestic launch gross from $80 million to $100 million. Wonder Woman trails only Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Beauty and the Beast for 2017’s highest Thursday-preview gross, which brought in $17 million and 16.3 million respectively.
This fourth installment in the DC Extended Universe seems to be in high regard with moviegoers as Rotten Tomatoes currently shows both critic and audience scores of 93%.
