Adorable, Lady Gaga heard about a little kid in Philly named Owen who not only loves her music, but also uses it to get by every day through his sickness.
Owen is currently under-going multiple treatments and claims Lady Gaga is the only reason he is able to get through most of his hard days. SO, Lady Gaga not only allowed Owen to meet her at her concert, but she brought him up on stage to sit with her while she performed Edge of Glory on the piano with him.
