Michael Jordan says it was a bad pizza that caused him to fall ill prior to his famous “flu game” in the 1997 NBA Finals. But the former Park City Pizza Hut manager who made that pie claims that couldn’t have been the case. Craig Fite was a Bulls fan who personally delivered the pizza while accompanied by a driver. He says he made it perfectly, and that Jordan probably got sick because he was chain-smoking cigars with the windows down and his shirt off. Fite says he and the driver were the only employees who delivered the pie, while Jordan’s trainer says five guys showed up.
