The rapper posted a video on Instagram featuring himself and Akon collaborating on a modern remix of the latter’s “Locked Up.” Tekashi added lyrics about his own situation, including wanting to visit with his daughter and also navigating the legal system. Akon is the first rapper to work with Tekashi since his prison term.
