A Virginia judge ruled that Kanye West will not be allowed to appear on the state’s ballot in November. Judge Joi Taylor said 11 of the elector oaths submitted by West “were obtained by improper, fraudulent and/or misleading means.” Later Thursday, a judge in Arizona also kicked West off that state’s ballot. West was violating state law by trying to run as an independent when he’s a registered Republican.
