2. Some Maine school districts have released winter sports COVID-19 protocol. Portland athletes must either be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be enrolled in pooled testing to participate. They will also have to wear masks when playing.
3. A water main break this morning in Lewiston shut down a portion of Lisbon St. The city also temporarily shut off the city water to that area as repairs are made.
