Elon Musk’s $44 billion bid to buy Twitter might have hit a snag. On Monday, Musk threatened to walk away from the deal unless Twitter gives him information about how many of the 229 million accounts are bots. Musk reportedly asked Twitter about the fake accounts on May 9th, but hasn’t received an answer. Experts say that Musk can’t single-handedly decide to leave the Twitter deal on the table, but if he wants to bail, it could cost him $1 billion.
