Gabrielle Union was very candid about infidelity in her first marriage to former pro football player Chris Howard. During a conversation on the Dax Shepard podcast, Union said, “In my first marriage, neither one of us felt like the marriage should get in the way of our dating. A part of it was like keeping up with his activities, like, ‘Oh, that’s what you’re doing? You’re going to feel this one.’ And I just felt entitled to it as well.” She added that since she “was paying all the bills,” it was all good. Union said, “I was working my a** off, and I felt like that’s what comes, the spoils of riches.” Gabrielle was married to Howard for five years before getting divorced in 2006. She has been married to Dwyane Wade since 2014.
