I’m so excited for next Wednesday! I’m going to be emceeing Maine Behavioral Healthcare’s Glickman Lauder Center of Excellence in Autism and Developmental Disorders’ An Evening of Possibility. This is their first annual, so we’ve got to kick things off with a bang!
This intimate evening kicks off with cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a sumptuous seated dinner with dessert served during the program. They will share highlights of the Center’s work and services in their new building over the past year and more. Most importantly, the event culminates in their efforts to raise $50,000 to purchase and install sun-shading sails above the Center’s playground. These shades will block harmful UV rays and provide cooling shade for our students as they use and enjoy the playground. Photos below of said playground!
