2. Maine Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, home was ‘swatted’ after disqualifying Trump from the primary ballot. Someone called in a bogus threat to her Augusta area home Friday, leading to a large police response, which is known as swatting. Bellows says she and others in her office have been threatened non-stop since her ruling last Thursday. (WGME)

3. Grants of up to $10,000 to replace equipment or lost supplies for businesses that were affected by the pre-holiday storm will be available through a fund created by the Retail Association of Maine and the Maine Grocers and Food Producers Association. (PH)

Florida woman Cynthia Kelly is suing the Hershey’s Company for “false and deceptive advertising” after she discovered that pumpkin Reese’s are not made with the “cute pumpkin face” advertised on the packaging. Court filings say that other seasonal Reese’s candies advertise “explicit carved out artistic designs,” but have “no such carvings in the actual products.” She is seeking $5 million in damage in the class action suit.
