Maine’s own Alicia, known to millions as Player 229 from season two of Squid Game: The Challenge on Netflix, joined me in studio to chat all about her wild experience inside one of the biggest reality competitions on TV!
Alicia described what it was really like to step into the real-life version of the viral series, where contestants competed in childhood games for a staggering $4.56 million prize, with each player valued at $10,000 in the prize pot. She shared how excited she was when she got the call, what the application process looked like, and how intense the competition felt once she arrived.
Outside of the show, Alicia is a photographer and works in marketing for a solar company in Buxton. And if reality TV calls again? She’s ready. Alicia says she’d love to compete on The Traitors next!
