Hot Radio Maine’s 5th Annual Cuts for Class was a huge success! On Monday, August 25th, we teamed up with Crow’s Nest Barbershop in Auburn to provide 163 free back-to-school haircuts for students 18 and under. Thanks to our amazing sponsors for showing up, supporting the event, and handing out free swag to the kids.

It was incredible to see students come through the barbershop and leave feeling confident, fresh, and ready to take on their first day of school. Over the past five years, more than 700 free cuts have been given out through Cuts for Class, making a lasting impact on Lewiston/Auburn families.

Big thank you to The Law Offices of Joe Bornstein and Maine Family Federal Credit Union for making this event possible, because the first day of school isn’t just about books and backpacks, it’s about looking and feeling your best!!
