The 2026 Grammy Awards saw the industry’s biggest stars sharing the spotlight, with no single artist sweeping all the top categories! Kendrick Lamar was the night’s biggest winner, taking home five awards, including Record of the Year for “Luther,” his collaboration with SZA. In a historic milestone, Lamar officially became the most-awarded rapper in Grammy history, surpassing the long-standing record previously held by Jay-Z.
The “Big Four” categories were split among different artists, with Bad Bunny taking home Album of the Year, Billie Eilish winning Song of the Year for “Wildflower,” and Olivia Dean named Best New Artist. One of the night’s biggest surprises came when British singer Lola Young won Best Pop Solo Performance for her track “Messy,” beating out several high-profile superstars.
Behind the scenes, the Recording Academy honored MAINE’S OWN Amy Allen as Songwriter of the Year, while Cirkut took home Producer of the Year for his work on several major projects, including Lady Gaga’s Mayhem album.
