50 Cent’s G-Unit Film & Television is set to invest over $124 million into a multi-phase redevelopment initiative in downtown Shreveport, LA, which aims to reshape the area into a hub for film and live entertainment. The redevelopment will include his studio and the construction of a dome-style immersive venue with a green space park to boost tourism.
Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry supported the initiative, viewing it as a sign of the region’s growth and a demonstration. 50 Cent emphasized that this project reflects his long-term commitment to Shreveport and aims to inspire local momentum while providing reasons for entertainment companies to establish operations in Northwest Louisiana.
