- Two Maine teenagers are accused of stealing a car and leading police on a high-speed chase in the Midcoast. Wiscasset police were led on a 13-mile chase reaching speeds between 90 and 100 miles per hour. The driver, a 17-year-old Richmond boy, eventually pulled over on state Route 197. The teenage boy and his passenger, a 17-year-old Bangor girl, were both taken into custody. (WGME)
- Meta on Thursday restored Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts following a two-year ban in the wake of the attack on the US Capitol. Meta has warned that guardrails have been installed on Trump’s account that could result in it being suspended again. (CNN)
