1. Bernie Sanders cruises to win in Maine. He tops Hillary Clinton 64-36 percent in Democratic caucuses with a turnout so large that some voting sites were overwhelmed. Ted Cruz defeated Republican front-runner Donald Trump during the Maine caucuses Saturday. (PH)

2. Former first lady Nancy Reagan died at the age of 94 in California yesterday. She was best-known for the ‘Just Say No’ campaign to help youths stay off drugs and also championed Alzheimer’s patients. (BD)

3. Peyton Manning announced his retirement Sunday after 18 NFL seasons. Tom Brady posted the following message to Peyton Manning: “Congratulations Peyton, on an incredible career. You changed the game forever and made everyone around you better. It’s been an honor.” (FB)

4. Last week, a Whole Foods customer noticed that her local store was selling pre-peeled oranges packaged in plastic containers for $6 a pound. “If only nature would find a way to cover these oranges so we didn’t need to waste so much plastic on them,” she tweeted. The tweet went viral and Whole Foods faced a massive social media attack. Whole Foods apologized and promised to pull the oranges from the shelves. “A lot of our customers love the convenience of our cut produce offerings, but this was a simple case where a handful of stores experimented with a seasonal product spotlight that wasn’t fully thought through,” Whole Foods said in a statement.
