1. 19-year-old Ethan Gardner was pronounced dead at the scene after his car hit a tree in Naples. Police say he was involved in a hit-and-run shortly before the crash.  The crash is still under investigation. Gardner’s license was under suspension. (WGME)

2. Augusta Police say they’ve launched an internal investigation after a squad car was stolen Saturday. The cruiser was unlocked and running outside of the police station.  Police used the car’s GPS to track it to Shaw’s plaza about a mile away.  27-year-old Kyle King was arrested. (WMTW)

3. Sweet Dirt dispensary in Portland was burglarized early Friday morning.  Police say display cases were broken and emptied, but nothing that was stolen contained marijuana. The fake gummies that were taken were for display only. (PH)
