2. The Duck Boat parade for the world champion Boston Red Sox will occur this week, but team president Sam Kennedy said he isn’t sure what day. The Boston Red Sox celebrated their ninth World Series championship with champagne and an appropriate tune: Queen’s “We Are the Champions.” Then they switched to two songs the team has claimed this postseason. Eduardo Rodriguez lofted a speaker onto his shoulder in the Dodger Stadium visitor’s clubhouse, belting out “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra along with his teammates.
