Comedian, actress, and Saturday Night Live writer Rosebud Baker brought her Harmless Lady tour to Portland, Maine, August 7–9 at Empire Comedy Club!

In our conversation ahead of the shows, Rosebud discussed her new Netflix special The Mother Lode, which hilariously and candidly unpacks her pregnancy and postpartum journey. She shared how her husband, fellow comedian Andy Haynes, and their daughter play a role in her life on stage, and offered a behind-the-scenes look at writing for SNL and Weekend Update, where she helps generate a staggering number of jokes every day!
