What are friends for? Holding it down in your music video for you while you can’t be there for…reasons, certainly feels like one thing they should be for. That’s exactly what Drake and various people did for Young Thug in the new video for “Oh U Went”, one of two collaborations from the star artists off of Thug’s latest album, Business Is Business.
Of course, Young Thug couldn’t be in attendance for the video as he is currently incarcerated awaiting trial for racketeering charges. In his absence, the video takes to the streets of Memphis and Atlanta for this feel-good, summer ready jam. Showcasing the lifestyle in the two cities, various people fill in for Thug during his verse before it flips to Drake in what feels like a very “All My Life” inspired party.
