Kevin Hart has been named the on-court emcee for this Sunday’s NBA All-Star Game! It’s the first time the NBA has had someone in the emcee role during its high-profile contest. The Association said Hart’s presence will “add a layer of comedic disruption into the live game.” I have no doubt!
