It’s not often you catch Ms. Lauryn Hill out in the wild, but she had some time to make a stop at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform with her son, YG Marley, in front of a live studio audience. It must be a proud moment to be able to share in your love of music with your child or mother, and you could tell from the passion in YG’s performance that he looks to carry on the legacy that both Lauryn and his grandfather, the legendary Bob Marley, started years back. Their eight minute medley intertwined Lauryn’s “Ex-Factor” with a few of YG’s songs as well, as the red, yellow, and green Rasta colors and flag flashed on the screens behind them.
