“He lies when he’s bored” one fan commented about Lil Uzi’s constant teasing of releasing new music, which I got a kick out of, but that may not be the case this time around! If you’re a Lil Uzi fan, you know his Pink Tape has been speculated to drop numerous times and has been falsely promised by the man himself…but recently it seems as though there could actually be some traction on that front.
When asked about the project recently, Uzi told a fan that it would be dropped by “the end of the month”. A couple of his fans also pointed out the fact that June 23rd (which happens to be a Friday, the day major music releases happen during the week) is actually National Pink Day. Between that, and Uzi returning to his patented purple dread look that many associate with his rise to fame and early hits of the 2016 era, it feels as though the stars may be aligning for his fans this time around.
