Mariah Carey might be ready to show off her rock skills! In 1995, she recorded an alt-rock album titled Someone’s Ugly Daughter. She did the album with her band at the same time she recorded Daydream.
In a new interview, Mariah said, “I mean, I really want to [release it], but I want to do videos, and I have just so many ideas for that.” She continued, “I don’t think I’ll be able to pull it together by the summer (before the Rock Hall ceremony), but maybe, maybe I’ll release a few songs from it.”
