However, the split appears to come as a surprise to Mod Sun. “They were together and engaged as of three days ago when he left for tour, so if anything has changed, that’s news to him,” his reps told the outlet. The news comes just days after Lavigne was spotted with Tyga at Nobu in Malibu, Calif. “Avril and Tyga are genuinely friends and nothing more,” a source told People. “There was absolutely no third party involved in the split.”
