Diamonds are everywhere for Cardi B. On Monday, her song “I Like It” with J Balvin and Bad Bunny reached Diamond status. She becomes the first female rapper to have three songs to have 10 million equivalent units. The other two songs are “Bodak Yellow” and “Girls Like You” with Maroon 5.” Cardi celebrated in an Instagram video saying, “I want to say thank you to my fans and tell y’all that I f*****g love y’all. I’m thankful and grateful.” She made another huge announcement. Cardi continued, “It’s been a lot trying to balance out my new motherfu**in’ life. I have a lot of jobs now. I’m in a lot of positions that require a lot of my time, and on top of that, I gotta put out this album next year.” You heard it. Cardi is dropping new music in 2022.
