On Wednesday, a judge ruled that Jay-Z did not breach his contract with Parlux Fragrances. Parlux was suing Jay-Z for $67 million. The fragrance company claimed Jay did not provide the company with promised promotional opportunities. On the flip side, Jay countersued Parlux for $6 million, also claiming breach of contract. Judge Andrew Borrok concluded, “You failed to prove your case, they failed to prove their case.” Case dismissed.
