Khloé Kardashian and ex Tristan Thompson are expecting baby No. 2 via surrogate. “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” a rep for Kardashian said in a statement on Wednesday, July 13. “Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.” The surrogate was already pregnant amid Thompson’s paternity scandal, in which he welcomed son Theo with Maralee Nichols. A source tells PEOPLE that despite the pair expecting a sibling for 4-year-old daughter True, “Khloe and Tristan are not back together and have not spoken since December outside of co-parenting matters.”
