As Pride Month came to a close, Lil Nas X wanted to celebrate by coming out to his fans. On Sunday, the rapper came out on Twitter by asking his followers to listen closely to “C7osure (You Like)”, which is a track on his recent EP.
In the tweet, he said “Some of y’all already know, some of y’all don’t care, some of y’all not gone fwm no more. but before this month ends I want y’all to listen closely to c7osure.”

Lil Nas X has received lots of support by other stars and his fans after his announcement. But, some people pointed out that it may be harder for him now to make it in Country Music because he is a gay Black man.
Well, we are very happy for Lil Nas X for finally being able to be himself to the rest of the world and if Country Music fans won’t play his music, the hip-hop world will.
